Xcel Energy, the utility provider for Buckley Family Housing, determines gas and electric rates. The Xcel Energy rates are passed directly through to residents without any markup on your monthly utility statement by Hunt’s third-party billing partner, YES Energy. Any residents requesting additional information on their billed rates should contact YES Energy directly.
In an effort to continue our transparency, Buckley Family Housing is working with our third-party vendor, YES, to have the rates listed on your monthly bills. This will require a new system in which YES generates our statements and is currently in the development stage and will take some time before implementing.
