• Temporary Absence Form

  If you will be away from your home for more than three days, please complete the Temporary Absence Form. You may email the completed form to: buckley@huntcompanies.com or bring it into the office.

• BAH/Utiity Allowance and Utilities--How and Why

  This slide show explains how the BAH and Utility Allowances are determined and approved. It also explains that your Utility Allowance is a straight line average whereas your utility bills will fluctuate. Our agreement with the Air Force states that BAH minus the Utilty Allowance equals rent.

• Notice to Vacate Packet

  Please complete the attached forms and bring it into the office as soon as you know you are leaving Buckley. We will schedule a pre-inspection and a final inspection with you when we receive your notice. Please bring a copy of your orders for our records.
